- Buyers/sellers representation at ship closings globally.
- Document preparation and signing under ship sale and purchase memorandums of agreement.
- Document preparation and signing under letters of credit covering the sale of ships to recycling destinations.
- Provide introductions to insurance providers of shipping risks cover - Hull & Machinery, P&I, Cargo, Mortgagees Interest, Residual Value and Mortgage Indemnity Insurance.
